Having parents in the real estate industry allowed James to gain invaluable formative experiences amid leading, dedicated agents—a legacy he and his clients benefit from today. This includes a staunch commitment to client support and assistance, which he provides throughout the real estate transaction and even after closing. As one who regularly goes the extra mile, James has been known to assist his clients at a moment’s notice to accommodate their schedules.
James earned his bachelor’s degree in International Business and Asian Studies at Washington State University. He then relocated to Las Vegas to foster his burgeoning Real Estate career. Having served as an agent with two Las Vegas-based luxury real estate teams, James has a great understanding of the keys to marketing and selling any home. After a few years of dealing with the Las Vegas heat, James decided to move back home to Washington state, bringing his newfound hospitality skills to the Pacific Northwest.
When he isn’t working tirelessly on his clients’ behalf to ensure a smooth home purchase process, he spends his time catching up on his favorite Washington sports teams, trying new restaurants, finding new hiking spots or going to the movies.
